  • How my moving price is fixed?
    Our price package are considered based on few factors. Size and type of lorry required. Big size lorry always cost higher due to fuel charge and toll surcharge. Distance of moving from pick up location to drop off destination. Type of lorry, such as tailgate lorry or bonded type or normal canvas and open type lorry. Number of man power needed to complete the jon within time period. Additional packing and umpacking service Wrapping service such as bubble wrapping or shrink wrapping. Dismantle and fixing service
  • Would you provide insurance protection?
    Yes. We have insurance for your things. Please contact our sales representative for more details.
  • What size lorry you have?
    We have 3 type of lorry size, which is 1 tonne, 3 tonne and 5 tonne
  • Do you operating during MCO or PPN?
    Yes. We're operating during Pelan Pemulihan Negaran (PPN) with approval from Authority. Kindly contact us for documentations, swab test results of our moving helpers and other related documents.
  • Interstate moving available?
    Yes. We do offer interstate travel from Kuala Lumpur or Selangor or Seremban to other state within Peninsular Malaysia. Our service include moving to Langkawi Island, Pangkor Island or Tioman Island. Please contact our friendly sales representative to discuss about your needs.
  • How fast i should confirm my moving booking with you.
    We advise to book at least 1 week before your moving date to make sure our date is available. Apart from that, we also able to prepare all needed documentation or moving material and plan for moving strategy.
  • What details and information you need from myself for instant quotation?
    We need your pick up location, drop off location, type of property (Pick Up & Drop Off), photos of your moving item. You can send to us by whatsapp or email. You may call us for free site inspection and discussion & planning.
  • What is your payment terms?
    We may need confirmation payment about 10% or minimum RM50 for for large scale moving and long distance moving. Apart from that, you can pay us by cash or instant bank transfer.
  • Do you provide storage service for my things?
    Yes. We have storage facilities for temporary store your things.
  • I have old furniture and junks to dispose. Would you help me to throw it?
    Definitely can. We will dispose all type of house hold items such as sofa, mattress, electrical appliance and so on in proper way and enviromental friendly way.
